Description

Devices for determining the deflagration temperature of powders and explosives. The programmable PID heating controller in a separate control box allows the deflagration temperature to be read from a safe distance.

Model variants

  • DT400 — 400 °C, 3 bores
  • DT400-6 — 400 °C, 6 bores
  • DT500-6 — 500 °C, 6 bores

Scope of delivery

  • Aluminum heating block per DIN 1725, PT100 sensor, over-temperature protection (520 °C)
  • Programmable PID controller (control accuracy ±0.1 °C, temperature ramp from 5 K/min)
  • Cooling block for accelerated cool-down
  • 100 test tubes (Ø 16 mm × 130 mm)
  • Aluminum heating block per DIN 1725
  • Variants with 3 or 6 bores
  • Max. temperature 500 °C
  • PID controller with remote readout
  • Cooling block for rapid cool-down
